To be clear:
Covid was the catalyst, the final straw on the camels back. The “health care” system in Cuba was non-existent before becoming overwhelmed with covid cases.
The dead are piling up, their “universal health care” only “works” if no one gets sick ever.
This revolution isn’t about COVID it’s about waking up the rest of the world to seeing the poor, in-humane, unhealthy conditions the Cuban people are living in.
The pretty vacation experience you guys see is all of a few blocks. It’s a photo op, meanwhile the rest of the country is dying of starvation and disease.
The Cuban people aren’t complaining about being sick they’re screaming because they are being treated like vermin.
Wake up.
